Melon Cream with Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup melon with orange pulp (Orange Flesh or Cantaloupe)

2 soupspoons white wine 

1 teaspoon powdered ginger 

1 soupspoon powdered sweetener (optional)

1 soupspoon chopped mint 

1 scoop of ice cream

 

Decorate with melon balls and mint

 

Preparation

1. Beat together the melon, wine, ginger, mint and sweetener in the blender and place in a glass;

2. In the center, place the ice cream and decorate with melon balls and mint. Serve.
