Coppa Sandwich with Melon

Ingredients

1 melon with orange pulp (Orange Flesh or Cantaloupe)

100 grams sliced coppa [cured pork meat sausage]

150 grams pepper jelly

decorated toothpicks

 

Preparation

1. Make melon balls;

2. Place the melon in the pepper jelly that has been preheated to soften it;

3. Put a melon ball, a piece of coppa and another melon ball on the decorated toothpick; 

4. Serve as finger food.
