Seafood Salad

Ingredients

2 cups melon 

250 grams kani kama [crab] small cubes 

200 grams large shrimp (cleaned)

salt 

white pepper 

100 grams light cream cheese 

40 grams cream 

5 leaves chopped chard 

1 soupspoon olive oil 

1 teaspoon mustard

mint leaves

 

Preparation

1. Cook the shrimp in salted water for around 5 minutes and immediately cool;

2. In a dish, mix the kani kama cut into cubes, the shrimp and the melon balls;

3. Season with salt and pepper;

4. Make a sauce, by beating the cream cheese, cream and mustard in the blender;

5. Season the chard with olive oil and a little salt;

6. Place the chard in a salad bowl and the kani kama, shrimp and melon on top of it;

7. Cover with the sauce and decorate with mint leaves.
