Melon with Peach Cream

Ingredients

1 tin cream

1 tin peaches in syrup 

1/2 cup peach syrup 

1 green pulp melon (Galia or Toad Skin) 

cut into cubes or balls

1 soupspoon chopped mint

 

Preparation

1. Beat the cream and peaches with the syrup in a food blender;

2. Place the melon cubes in a deep dish and cover with the peach cream;

3. Place in the refrigerator and sprinkle with chopped mint before serving.
