Ingredients
1 green pulp melon (Galia or Toad Skin)
1 orange pulp melon (Orange Flesh or Cantaloupe)
5 cherry tomatoes
10 red grapes
10 white grapes
6 strawberries
1 pineapple slice
toothpicks
barbecue skewers
Preparation
1. Cut the melons into 4 parts and make balls with a melon scoop. Remove the rest of the pulp from one of the melon rinds, forming a canoe
2. Place alternate types of melon ball and grape on the toothpicks, ending with a cherry tomato and set to one side;
3. Place alternating grapes and melons on the barbecue skewers, ending with a strawberry and set to one side.
Assembling
1. On a plate place the canoe made from the melon rind and stick the barbecue skewers into the ends;
2. In the center of the canoe place the smaller toothpicks;
3. Alongside the canoe place a pineapple slice and make two more skewers of different sizes to skewer the pineapple;
4. Decorate with Chantilly and serve chilled.
