


Stuffed Melon Slices
Ingredients
1 melon
200 grams natural yoghurt
250 grams cream cheese
160 grams sugar
8 pieces colorless gelatin
1/2 cup water for soaking the gelatin in a bain-marie
350 ml. fresh cream, whipped to make Chantilly
Preparation
1. Cut the melon horizontally and remove the seeds;
2. Remove the pulp without damaging the rind. Set the pulp and melon rind to one side;
3. In a food processor, beat together the melon pulp, natural yoghurt, cream cheese, sugar and the already hydrated and melted gelatin;
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the whipped fresh cream Chantilly. Mix well;
5. Fill the melon rind and place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. With the help of a heated knife (dipped in hot water), smooth the surface and cut the melon in slices;
6. Serve with a chocolate sauce.
