All Italian Salad

Ingredients

100 g Canadian bacon cut into cubes

1/4 unit Galia melon cut into cubes

50 g mushroom cut into thin slices

30 g boiled frozen peas

½ unit unpeeled tomatoes without seeds, cut into cubes

½ bn torn arugula leaves

30 g parmesan cheese flakes

20 ml vinegar

60 ml olive oil

salt

black pepper

chopped herb rosemary 

 

Preparation

1. Prepare dressing with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and the chopped rosemary;

2. Mix the Canadian bacon, the melon, the mushroom and all the other ingredients;

3. On the serving plate, place the arugula leaves and over them, the mixture above;

4. Sprinkle with the cheese and the dressing.
