Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients

2 cup cantaloupe melon cut into little balls

200 g small cubs of crab stick

200 g cooked medium shrimp

salt

white pepper

150 g cream cheese

6 tbsp water

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp mustard

6 unit chard leaves cut into thin strips

mint leaves to garnish

 

Preparation

1. In a bowl, mix the cubes of crab sticks, the shrimp, the balls of melon, salt and pepper;

2. Make some sauce beating the whipped milk, the water, the olive oil and the mustard;

3. On the serving plate, place the chard, the crab sticks, the shrimp and the melon;

4. Cover it with the sauce and garnish with the mint leaves.
