Colorful Salad

Ingredients

1 head torn iceberg lettuce

1 head purple lettuce

1 bunch arugula

½ unit cubes of galia melon

200 g thin slices of strawberry

½ unit Japanese cucumber cut into half moon slices

mint leaves to garnish

 

Sauce

200 g natural yogurt

1 unit piece of cucumber cut into 5cm, peeled and without seeds

some mint leaves

½ tsp lime zest

a bit of refined sugar

3-4 unit ice cubes

salt

black pepper

 

Preparation

1. Place the mint leaves on the dish;

2. Mix the fruit and the cucumber and place it on the top of the leaves;

3. To make the sauce, mix the yogurt, the cucumber, the mint leaves, the lime zest, the sugar and the ice cubes in a food processor. Season it with salt and black pepper;

4. Mix it until homogeneous;

5. Serve portions of the sauce over the salad.
