Pancake Filled With Yellow Melon, Cream Cheese and Tuna Fish

Ingredients

Pancakes

1 unit glass of milk

1 cup wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 unit eggs

oil to grease the pan

 

Filling and Sauce

1 can solid tuna fish

150 g cream cheese

thin slices of yellow melon

chopped parshley 

toasted white sesame seeds

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp honey (Karo) 

1 cup soy sauce

½ cup spring onions

1 tbsp ground ginger

Preparation

Pancakes

1. Mix all ingredients in blender and reserve it for 5 minutes;

2. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it;

3. Put a soup scoop of pancake dough into the pan and fry it until the edges can be released from the pan with the point of a knife;

4. Turn it just once and when both sides are done, take it off the pan. Repeat these steps, greasing pan and heating it before each pancake;

 

Filling and Sauce

1. Mix the tuna fish, the cream cheese and the parshley;

2. Fill the pancake with this mixture and a slice of melon;

3. Sauce: mix the water, the honey, the soy sauce, the spring onions and the ginger;

4. Cover it with the sauce and sprinkle it with the ginger.
