Ingredients

100 g Galia melon

50 ml sake

25 ml Cointreau or Baileys

1 tbsp sugar

Ice cubes (blend it in blender until turned into frozen consistency)

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients in blender until it is creamy;

2. Blend it while adding the ice cubes until it has a frozen consistency. Serve it in a glass with wide opening.
