Crispy Fish with Yellow Melon and Brie Cheese

Ingredients

200 g fish (make 2 scallops)

30 g brie cheese

80 g yellow melon cut into thin slices

30 g wheat flour

1 unit scrambled eggs

1 cup ground bread (do not use Bread flour) or Panko

salt

black pepper

 

Preparation

1. Dry the fish and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides;

2. Fill one scallop with the melon and the cheese;

3. Cover it with the other scallop and press it;

4. Pass the scallops on the wheat flour and then on the scrambled eggs and then on the ground bread, covering them all;

5. Fry the battered steak in a frying pan (not too hot);

6. Serve it with some pasta prepared with butter and garlic.
