Chicken Steak with Creamy Melon Sauce

Ingredients

600 g chicken steak

200 ml cantaloupe melon

50 ml water

100 g chopped cantaloupe melon

1 dstspn wheat starch

100 ml fresh whipped cream

salt

white pepper

20 g butter

1 unit garlic clove

½ unit chopped onion

fine herbs to taste

 

Preparation

1.       Spread salt and ground pepper over the chicken steaks and grill them on a grill or on a pre heated anti-adherent frying pan, until golden brown. Keep them aside;

2.       Mix the melon with the water in a blender. Keep it aside.

3.       In a pan, stew the onion, the garlic and the butter. Pour lemon juice mixed with the wheat starch;

4.       Let it boil until turning into a third of its liquid;

5.       Add the whipped cream;

6.       Add the chopped melon and spread salt and the fine herbs. Cover the steak with the sauce.
