Cantaloupe Melon with Smoked Salmon Appetizer

Ingredients

50 g smoked salmon cut into thin slices

1 unit cantaloupe melon (sliced)

1 unit galia melon (sliced)

1 cfspn pink peppercorn grains

1 cfspn dried herb rosemary 

black pepper to taste

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Preparation

1. Place the melon slices on the plate and the slices of smoked salmon beside the melon;

2. Ground black pepper and spread it with some pink peppercorn over the dish;

3. Garnish with Rosemary and sprinkle balsamic vinegar;

4. Serve it as an appetizer.
