Chocolate Crepes Filled with Caramel Slices of Melon and Parmesan Cheese Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/2 cup wheat flour 

1/2 tbsp sugar 

1 tbsp cocoa powder 

1 tbsp melted margarine 

1 unit egg

 

Filling

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp water

1 cup galia melon cut into very thin slices

3 tbsp Requeijão (type of Brazilian cream cheese)

 

Garnishment

1 unit thin slice of melon

20 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Dough

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients and reserve it;

2. Grease and flour a frying pan and place portions of dough to bake both sides. Reserve it.

 

Filling

1. Heat the honey with the water and reserve it;

2. Place part of the melon slices in one side of the skillet (try to cut the melon with a cheese knife) cover it with the cream cheese and spread a little bit of honey;

3. Cover an anti-adherent frying pan with the cheese and fry it until golden brown. Roll it with a tube and serve it with the crepe.
