Summer Cocktail
Ingredients
100 g vanilla ice cream
100 g galia melon cut into cubes
40 ml water
50 ml vodka
30 ml sweet condensed milk
20 ml cassis liqueur or gooseberry syrup
Preparation
1. In a blender, mix the water with the melon;
2. Pour the condensed milk and the vodka and keep blending it;
3. Garnish the glass with the liqueur or syrup and pour the mixture;
4. At the end, put an ice cream scoop inside the glass and garnish with the mint leaves.
