Melon Aspic with Mint
Ingredients
2 unit diet passion fruit powdered gelatin
¼ unit galia melon
2 tbsp mint leaves
4 unit pineapple slices
canned pineapple to garnish
Preparation
1. Cut the melon with a ball scooper and put it in the refrigerator;
2. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions and let it chill;
3. Put the melon in a wet bowl and mix it with the mint leaves cut into small pieces;
4. Pour the gelatin over it and put it in the fridge until it gets thicker;
5. Put the bowl fast on hot water and turn it on the serving plate;
6. Garnish with the canned pineapple and the mint leaves and if you want, put some fruit in balls in the center of the pineapple slice.
