Steaks with Melon Noisettes

Ingredients

2 steak loins with 250g each

60g butter

30ml olive oil

1 ½  cup varied melon little balls (Cantaloupe, Yellow, Galia)

Parsley

Salt

Black pepper

Preparation

1.     Season the steak loins with salt and pepper;

2.     Heat half of the butter and the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the meat to taste. Reserve it warm;

3.     In another frying pan, heat the rest of the butter and put the balls of melon. Always in low heat, keep turning the pan until the balls get crusty;

Sprinkle the parsley and serve them with the meat.
