Sunomono with Melon and Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 diced yellow Melon

50g grated carrot

200g smoked salmon

1 tablespoon sugar

1 coffee spoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)

60ml white wine vinegar

1 dessertspoon roasted sesame seed

2g salt

Preparation

1.     In a container, put the melon, the carrot, and the salmon cut in strips;

2.     Mix the sugar, the MSG and the vinegar;

3.     Mix everything well in order to dissolve the sugar and then add all the reserved ingredients. Place it in the fridge;

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seed when serving.
